Qualifications:

: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences

: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Manager position

: Proven people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively

: Positive mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

: Proficient in English communication and presentation skills – capable of presenting to the MD and senior management on a regular basis
